Peeters<\/p>\n<p>A widespread notion in the field of &#8216;ideal&#8217; magnetohydrodynamics describing highly conducting fluids there can be no electrical charge accumulation. Any nonzero charge will quickly redistribute over a short enough time-scale to be irrelevant.
